At Youngrads, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. However, due to the nature of digital products and services, we have outlined the following return and refund terms:

1. Digital Products (Courses, Templates, Downloads)

All purchases of digital content, including online courses, programs, templates, PDFs, and video content, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If you experience technical issues accessing the content, we will provide support to ensure full access.

2. Coaching & Live Sessions

Fees paid for live workshops, group sessions, or 1:1 coaching are non-refundable, unless:

The session was cancelled by Youngrads

You cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session (in which case you may request a reschedule, not a refund)

3. Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged twice or more for the same service, please contact us immediately. We will verify and issue a full refund for the duplicate charge within 5-7 working days.

4. Subscription Services (if applicable)

If you have subscribed to any recurring membership or service:

You may cancel your subscription anytime before the renewal date

Once charged, the amount is non-refundable, but access remains valid until the end of the billing period
